A first-of-its-kind, the Living Lab will evolve over time as workplace solutions providers within the ecosystem come together to collaborate and innovate.

It will also serve as a space to illustrate how experiential Artificial Intelligence (AI) can help businesses create a future-ready digital workspace for the post-pandemic world.

Experiential AI for both employees and businesses

Powered by Jumpree 3.0, a fully integrated end-to-end software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution developed by Smarten Spaces for workplace safety and space management, the Living Lab will allow visitors to trial different workplace solutions.

They will have the opportunity to experience a ‘day-in-the-life’ of an employee in a future workspace.

This includes integrated, real-time technology-enabled processes such as check-in processes, seat and room booking, temperature control, employee finder etc.

The Living Lab will continue to evolve and be updated with the latest technologies from existing and new partners, with plans to integrate emerging technologies such as occupancy and air quality sensors, robotics, as businesses adapt to the changing needs of their agile, digital and engaged workforce.

Smarten Spaces is also planning to expand the lab to other markets such as Bengaluru, India and New York, USA.

Businesses and facilities managers will be able to test and experience the backend dashboards and technologies available for optimising workspaces, helping them make the right, informed choice for their organisation.
