Jumpree, helped improve efficiency and productivity, and streamline office operations. Our employees are able to focus on work without worrying about finding the resources they need. And the facilities team was able to make informed decisions on how to optimise the space.
The ease of use for our staff is the most obvious benefit of this automation but it also means our occupancy analytics are accurate and space is not wasted. We automatically get the insights to know what office space is used the most and what is used the least. We use this data to optimise the physical configuration of the space so we can provide the type of office space our staff want and use and to enable the best collaboration opportunities. The automation also means no more unavailable empty meeting rooms where someone booked but was a ‘no-show’.
The Smarten Space team has been upbeat in supporting us with a solution that perfectly meets our requirements. They have been quick in innovating the application based on market dynamics and the user interface upgrades on a frequent basis which does help the app become user friendly and we have achieved high levels of adoption.

Their solution Jumpree is a critical need of the hour platform built on Azure AI with a mobile app for helping employees come back to work and the workplace in the new norm. We are extremely excited about scaling our partnership with them to support their global expansion in US, Australia and European regions.
We are able to smoothly transition into hybrid working with Jumpree. The solution helps us a great deal with booking of desks and meeting room, tracking of available spaces, and people finding for ease and flexibility. It is a great solution that increases workplace utilisation and productivity.
